What type of artwork is acceptable?
We require high quality vector artwork in these preferred file types:

AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)
Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images and save as version Illustrator CC or lower.


INDD (Adobe Indesign)

Export as an Indesign package and select included fonts and links in Save options.


PDF (Adobe Acrobat)

Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps.


Other Accepted File Types (Non- Vector*):

May delay order process due to file conversion depending on the imprint method.


PSD or EPS (Adobe Photoshop)

Embed or include fonts.


Resolution

Minimum 300dpi at the size it will be printed.


Color

Due to limitations of this imprint method, we cannot guarantee the colors to match as they appear on screen but we will make our best efforts to ensure the quality and consistency of color within each order. We do prefer that artwork be created and sent to us in CMYK color mode. You may also upload in RGB if you prefer, however the color will be converted into CMYK and may not be as accurate.


Embroidery:

We can use low resolution graphics for this imprint method, since your artwork will be re-rendered in stitches. Please note that the smallest text size that can be embroidered is typically around 3/16″ to 1/4″ in height. Fonts should ideally be non-serif. It is often necessary to modify or drop text entirely for small imprint areas.

Can I have specific color match of my logo or artwork imprinted?
We offer PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching for many specific products. Where PMS matching is available, there is typically a $50.00 charge per color for this service. This charge is also applicable on reorders.

Does Swaggos provide artwork service?
We provide artwork/logo vectoring for a $25 fee. This $25 fee will be waived upon completion of your order.

Where do I send my artwork?
We require that all information relating to your ‘artwork’ or ‘logo’ be sent TOGETHER as ‘one’ upload or in ‘one’ email.

Do you keep my artwork on file?
We keep customer artwork on file for up to 12-months.  If you choose not to have us retain your artwork, please let us know and we will remove your artwork from our system.

Do you offer PMS color matching?
Yes, we offer PMS matching for selected products and printing methods.  Please keep in mind that there may be additional charges for this service.

Can I see how my artwork looks like on the product prior to ordering?
Yes, we provide a free digital proof, which must be approved in writing before your order is printed.  For rush orders, we require that all rush orders to waive the digital proof. If you MUST require a proof then your guaranteed date may be delayed dependent upon proof approval.

Can I get a sample of the product?
Yes, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We encourage customers to order a sample product prior to placing a large order.

How long does it take to produce the product?
Our standard production times for most products are 7-10 business days.

Do you guys offer rush service?
Yes, we offer 24-48 hour rush service for select items and imprint methods.  Please be aware the rush orders require the customer to waive any proofing option.   In addition, rush service only pertains to production. If the customer chooses rush product but opts for standard shipping, the standard shipping times are an estimate from our carriers and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.  Customers must also choose expedited shipping ensure we meet your in-hands dates.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer a number of different expedited shipping options including 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipping.

Can I ship to multiple locations?
Yes, we offer shipping to multiple locations. Please let our customer care team know when placing your order and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping services internationally. 

Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes, customers can use their own shipping account. Please let our customer care team know when placing your order.

What type of payment does Swaggos accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.  In addition, customers can pay via verified PayPal account.  We accept checks but your order will be put on hold until the check clears (3-5 business days).

When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
We require pre-payment in order to process your order.   We charge customer credit card for the entire invoice total prior to starting production.

Where is my order?
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. You can also log into your account to check your order status.  If you have having any issues, please feel free to contact our customer care team at any time and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer care team at 855-792-4467 as soon as possible.  Orders cannot be changed once it has been approved to production.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been approved to production. 

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
Please contact our customer care team at 855-792-4467 and provide them with your order number. 

Why did I receive more or less than I ordered?
We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to manufacturing quality control efforts.  We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit up to 10% over-run or under-run.

What are set up charges?
Setup charges is the cost associated with preparing your artwork/logo for imprinting (ie screen print, digital print, pad print, heat transfer, sublimation, laser etching, embroidery, etc…) on the selected product.

What are decoration and/or run charges?
Decoration and/or run charges are associated to imprinting additional colors and/or printing on multiple locations.  Many of the promotional products include 1-color, 1-location imprinting in the price.  There are additional charges if your artwork/logo has multiple colors. Also, if you would like to have your artwork/logo printed in multiple locations (ie. front and back of a t-shirt).

Do I need to pay for new set up charge for reorders?
Yes, we do charge setup fees for reorders. However, setup charges for reorders are discounted for select products.

Do you charge sales tax?
Swaggos is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services and goods.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we offer price matching.  If you find the same item at a lower price, we’ll try our best to match that price and even give you 10% off your next order.
