Swaggos specializes in customized promotional products and branded merchandise such as lanyards, drinkware, apparel, bags, pens, power banks, and novelties. Swaggos is focused on exceptional customer service as well as delivering the highest quality products at the lowest prices. While we are committed to meet your every need and expectation, there are certain limitations inherent within the promotional products industry.
Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.
Artwork
Guidelines for submitting artwork
Please send your imprint instructions to orders@swaggos.com and put the name and order number on the subject line. We will not accept any responsibility for delays in processing an order if we do not receive the artwork in a timely manner.
Swaggos reserves the right to refuse printing any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, derogatory, inflammatory, offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked.
Artwork Requirements
*Four-color process and continuous-tone images with 300 dpi at actual size.
*Vector art (eps, ai, pdf)
Swaggos provides artwork/logo vectoring for a $25 fee. This $25 fee will be waived upon completion of your order.
*Customers are responsible for obtaining permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. We reserve the right to request confirmation of such permission.
Sending Imprint Instructions
Swaggos will not be held responsible for any missing information on your order form nor for any missing imprint instructions.
We require that all information relating to your ‘artwork’ or ‘logo’ be sent TOGETHER as ‘one’ upload or in ‘one’ email.
Imprint Size
We reserve the right to resize your logo (imprint instructions) in order to fit the maximum imprint area of the item ordered; regardless of what size you submit your imprint instructions or logo.
Please specify if you want the imprint to be the same size as the submitted artwork/logo. We will comply with your request, providing that it does not exceed the maximum imprint size of the item ordered.
Proofing
Swaggos provides a free digital proof via email and/or on our website, which must be approved in writing before your order is printed. Please expedite the approval of your proofs to ensure that your order ships in a timely manner as any delay in approval could delay your order.
In the event an order is printed with an incorrectly submitted artwork/logo, Swaggos will not be held responsible for your oversight, and payment in full will be valid for the completed work. You may request a redo; however it will be at your expense.
Rush Orders – We require that all rush orders to waive the digital proof. This is to expediate the order process to meet our customers enhanced in-hands turnaround date. If you require a proof your guaranteed date may be delayed dependent upon proof approval. Need some text around…..we will do our best to print your product to spec however we can’t guarantee that the color/text/size/etc will turn out exactly like they want. They need to accept those terms and payment in full will be valid for the completed work.
Normal Production Time
The estimated normal production time is 7-10 business days after placing your order. This time frame is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or process employed.
Be sure that there is adequate time before placing an order if you have a specific “in-hands” date. Production times are only estimated and not guaranteed for orders with normal production time frame.
If you opt for expedited shipping for normal production time orders, only the method of shipping is guaranteed. However, production time is still only estimated. Therefore, your order may still not reach you in the timeline required.
Rush Production Time
We offer rush production for select items and print methods. Production times are guaranteed on rush orders. However, failure to provide high quality, camera ready artwork may cause your order to be delayed beyond the initial guaranteed date. By selecting a rush date you waive any proofing options, if you require a proof your guaranteed date may be delayed dependent upon proof approval.
Please note that we are not responsible for late receipt of any order due to any unforeseeable circumstances, for example a lengthier proofing time, an out-of-stock product, printing or firing problems, weather-related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company.
Merchandise Consistency
Please note that we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantity. It is important that you understand that these samples are representative in nature. While we are very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place and order with Swaggos, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.
Standard Shipping
F.O.B. Shipping Point:
Under the terms of "FOB shipping point," title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point.
If the order is being shipped via Fedex, then once the order is ready to ship out, you will receive an automated email with a “tracking number” from Fedex.
Please note that opting for Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item PLUS the shipping time*.
*Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time
All shipments leaving our factory are inspected and signed for by the carrier. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment.
Fedex will not deliver to some APO/FPO addresses.
Once the order has left the warehouse, Swaggos will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. If shipping is delayed on an “expedited” shipping order, ONLY THAT PORTION OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CREDITED BACK BY FEDEX.
Swaggos will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.*
Swaggos is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups to any of our clients, Swaggos products are to be delivered only.
If a signature is required for delivery, please specify in the comment box when placing your order.
Rush Shipping
When requesting "Rush Shipping, please note that we reserve the right to rush production (based on overtime/weekend hours) in lieu of using expedited shipping methods, providing that we meet the delivery date.
Shipping Insurance
Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage does sometimes occur during the shipping process. In order to replace any broken and/or damaged products, we now offer optional shipping insurance*. (Replacement orders will be processed within our normal timeline of 5-7 business days plus ground shipping time.) You may opt to pay for rush shipping; however this insurance will only cover normal ground shipping. If you receive an order that contains less than 10% breakage and/or damage, we will promptly credit your account for that portion.*Please note that we will require adequate proof for any damage or breakage reported.
Shipping Adjustments
We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping charges. However, due to carrier rate changes, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. In such events, we may make reasonable adjustments to your shipping charges.
Customers can also provide us with a shipping account number (a small handling charge may apply).
Overages and Shortages
We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to manufacturing quality control efforts. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit up to 10% over-run or under-run.
Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.
No Warranties
Swaggos warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to you all transferable warranties made to Swaggos by the manufacturer of the goods. Swaggos makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Sales Tax
Swaggos is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services and goods. For resellers, please provide your sellers permit to orders@swaggos.com
Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders
Once an Order has been approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. There will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the full responsibility of the customer.
Claims, Adjustments and Returns
If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service at 855-792-4467 within 7-days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality upon receipt. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. If necessary we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address.
Swaggos reserves the right to refuse returns. Return policy applies to blank orders only. Printed items are not eligible for returns.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
Check Returns
We will assess a $50.00 fee on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
Site Pricing
Swaggos offers 100k+ products on our website. While we make best efforts to keep pricing up to date, published prices may be incorrect from time to time. We cannot honor pricing discrepancies such as unusually low, zero, or penny pricing. We will contact you immediately with the most updated price and/or price errors.
We reserve the right to change published prices of product offered on our site at any time.
Site Images
We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We urge our customers to order actual samples prior to making large orders. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we are not responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.
Low-Price Guarantee
Swaggos offer best in class service at the best prices in the industry. If you find the same item at a lower price, we’ll try our best to match that price.
Special Offers
Swaggos may offer special promotions and/or coupons to our customers. Unless stated otherwise, all special offers are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:
- Special offers/coupons may only be used one time per customer.
- Special offers/coupons may not be combined
- Special offers/coupons are only valid on orders purchased at website pricing.
- Special offers/coupons may not be valid on certain items.
- Special offers/coupons are only valid during stated time frame.
- To redeem any special offer, the coupon code must be given at the time of ordering.
Swaggos reserves the right to alter or refuse coupon codes or special offers at any time, without notice to customer.
Proposition 65
Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 is a law that requires warning to consumers if a product exposes consumers to a wide variety of chemicals including lead and cadmium. Prop 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires warnings. Prop 65 applies only in California, and covers all products distributed in the state.
The State of California requires that no person in the course of doing business shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving a clear and reasonable warning. Accordingly, if Buyer and/or Distributor fail to provide Swaggos advance written notice that Swaggos' product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, Buyer and/or Distributor hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Swaggos, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer by Swaggos, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any order placed with or received from Swaggos, including but not limited to orders placed via catalog, online, phone or mail, shall be deemed effective acceptance of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances, Swaggos’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Swaggos will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Swaggos will not be liable for any third party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We may at any time revise the terms and conditions contained in this Legal Statement by updating this posting. You are bound by any revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site. The current effective date of this Legal Statement is February 7, 2019.
Survival
The invalidity of any term or condition stated in this Legal Statement will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms or conditions of the Legal Statement as deemed to be enforceable by applicable law.
